Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Luxury Urbania Rental Jaipur – your trusted travel partner in Rajasthan. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation, especially during peak seasons.

  • Final confirmation is subject to vehicle availability and receipt of payment.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash, or online payment gateways.

  • For outstation trips, minimum billing will be calculated at 250 km per day.

  • Additional charges such as tolls, parking, interstate taxes, and entry fees will be borne by the customer.

  • Driver night charges apply for outstation or overnight trips as mentioned during booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the trip are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip may incur partial or full cancellation charges.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Vehicle Use Policy

  • Vehicles are strictly not allowed to be used for illegal, political, or unauthorized purposes.

  • The customer is responsible for the behavior of passengers during the trip.

  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying hazardous substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • The company is not liable for any loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. Driver & Duty Hours

  • Our drivers are professional, licensed, and well-trained.

  • For local usage: 8 hours/80 km package is applicable. Extra hours or km will be charged as per agreed rate.

  • For outstation trips, the driver’s duty hours should not exceed 12 hours per day for safety reasons.

6. Vehicle Substitution

  • We strive to provide the vehicle as booked, but in case of unexpected maintenance issues or emergencies, we reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle of equal capacity or category.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Luxury Urbania Rental Jaipur is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or natural disasters.

  • We are also not liable for any direct or indirect loss or inconvenience caused during the journey.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.
